贸促〔2023〕0100号预警信息：美国ITC发布对高架花床及其组件的337部分终裁

2023年2月27日，美国国际贸易委员会（ITC）发布公告称，对特定高架花床及其组件（Certain Raised Garden Beds and Components Thereof，调查编码：337-TA-1334）作出337部分终裁：对本案行政法官于2023年1月30日作出的初裁（No.9）不予复审，即基于申请方撤回，终止对列名被告美国Utopban International Trading Co., Ltd., d/b/a Vegega of Rosemead, CA的调查。中国广东Huizhou Green Giant Technology Co., Ltd. of China惠州市绿巨人科技有限公司、美国Utopban International Trading Co., Ltd., d/b/a Vegega of Rosemead, CA、中国香港Utopban Limited of Hong Kong、美国The Hydro Source Inc., d/b/a Forever Garden Beds of El Monte, CA、美国VegHerb, LLC, d/b/a Frame It All of Cary, NC为列名被告。
