贸促〔2019〕0406号预警信息：美国企业对涉华特定可折叠便携家具提起337调查申请
8月16日，美国GCI Outdoor, Inc.根据《美国1930年关税法》第337节规定向美国际贸易委员会提出申请，主张对美出口、在美进口及销售的特定可折叠便携家具侵犯了其专利权。美国Denovo Brands, LLC, Bentonville, AR、中国福建 Zhenli （Zhanghzhou） Industrial Co., Ltd., China、中国福建Fujian Zenithen Consumer Products Co., Ltd., China、美国Zenithen USA LLC, Upland, CA、美国 Westfield Outdoor, Inc. d/b/a Westfield Outdoors,Indianapolis, IN为列名被告。 |
